Dashboard Users

Open Users to create local dashboard logins for people who should help manage the selected bot. A dashboard user can sign in to the dashboard, so this is different from giving someone a Discord role. Only add people you trust with the bot’s configuration and data.

To create a login, enter:

• Username: the sign-in name for the person.
• Email: optional contact information.
• Password: at least eight characters.

Then press Create user. The new person can use their own username and password; do not share your owner account credentials.

The Dashboard Users table lists every extra local login for the selected bot. To replace a person’s password, type the new value in their Change password field and press Change. To permanently remove their dashboard access, press Delete on their row. Removing dashboard access does not remove their Discord account, player inventory, or Discord roles; it only removes this local login.

Review this list whenever a staff member leaves. If a person needs full Discord bot owner permissions too, add their Discord user ID in Config’s Co-owners section separately.

Logs & Activity

Open Logs & Activity when you want to understand recent dashboard and bot events. The page is for investigation, not for changing configuration. It is useful after a deployment, import, failed command sync, or player report.

Start with the newest entries and look for the time, action, status, and any attached issue details. A successful entry confirms that the action reached the system. A failed or warning entry usually contains the next useful clue, such as the job that failed or the runtime action that needs attention.

For a data problem, open Data and use the Log button on the matching job. For a runtime problem, return to Dashboard, check the status pill, and use Start, Restart, or Provision / Deploy as appropriate. For a Discord permissions problem, inspect Config’s intents and admin access rules.

Signing out and browser appearance

Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar ends the current dashboard session in that browser. Use it on shared computers. The Light and Dark controls only change this dashboard’s visual theme. They do not change Discord, bot embeds, card templates, or player-facing messages.

On mobile, use the top-right menu button to reveal navigation. The instance switcher, theme controls, and Sign out button remain in that menu.
