Admin panel records

The Admin panel groups models by the part of Kompendium that owns the data. What you see depends on your access. Instance owners and helpers see the pages they have been granted for their own bot; global administrators also see platform, runtime, billing, and system pages.

Use the descriptions below to choose the correct record page. Do not use the admin as a replacement for the guided dashboard when the dashboard already has a dedicated editor.

Commands lists registered slash-command entries. Search by command name, instance slug, or add-on slug. The list shows its type, whether it is enabled, its add-on, and the last update. Use this page to inspect command records or correct an approved command-level setting. Use the Modules response editor for the player-visible message itself whenever possible.

Bot responses stores saved response configurations by key. Search the key rather than looking for displayed message text. Feature flags stores on/off flags by key. Both pages have an Enabled filter. A feature flag is a technical control; do not toggle one unless you know the feature and have a reason to change it.

Enabled modules is the per-instance add-on record list. The normal Modules dashboard is the preferred place to turn modules on or off. In the Admin panel, use the list to inspect a module’s loaded version or troubleshoot a configuration record. Global add-on definitions are platform-level data and are not exposed in the owner view.

Collectibles is the main catalogue page. Its list shows name, short name, emoji, catchable names, credits, edition, special effect, set, affinity, ability, rarity, enabled state, and last update. Search by a name, code, edition, ability, effect, emoji, or credit. Use the Enabled filter to find entries that can or cannot be selected for new spawns.

On a collectible form, Catchable names accepts one alternative catch answer per line. Credits is the artist/source credit displayed on rendered cards. Regular reward minimum and maximum are optional per-collectible reward overrides; the maximum cannot be lower than the minimum. The form also shows the configured base stat fields. Save the collectible once before relying on Card preview; the preview uses its selected set or the instance default template.

Collectible editions groups entries into editions. The General Edition is the fallback and cannot be renamed or deleted. If you delete another edition, its collectibles move to General Edition. Collectible templates are the stored layout records used by Card Studio. Collectible sets, affinities, specials, and font assets are the supporting records used for backgrounds, visual grouping, effects, and typefaces. The guided Cards page is preferable for designing a template; use these lists to find, audit, or make precise record-level edits.

Collectible specials has an Enabled and Tradeable filter plus bulk actions to enable or disable selected specials. A special can reference a template and excluded collectibles. Search by name, template, catch phrase, or emoji. Confirm its dates, rarity, tradeable state, and enabled state before using it in a pack or spawn event.

Collectible render cache is a global-operator diagnostic page. It records generated card cache entries. It is not a content editor and is deliberately hidden from owner-mode navigation.

Players lists player profiles by Discord user ID and display name. When Currency is enabled, the balance column is labelled with the instance’s configured currency name. Use this page to find a player before inspecting inventory or related records.

Player collectibles lists the actual owned copies, not the catalogue definition. A row includes the collectible, current owner, original catcher, special set/tag, stat bonus, tradeable state, deleted state, and catch date. Search by the owner’s Discord ID or collectible name/code. Editing a player collectible affects that one owned copy, so do not edit the main Collectible page when you intend to change a single player’s item.

Friendships and Blocks show the two linked player profiles. They are available only when the related social feature is enabled. User gameplay blacklist entries and Guild gameplay blacklist entries are the record-level moderation history for a Discord user or server. Search by target Discord ID, moderator ID, or reason; filter by active state and action type. Keep a clear reason when creating a moderation entry so future staff can understand it.

Trades, packs, boosters, orders, and auctions

Section titled “Trades, packs, boosters, orders, and auctions”

Trades lists the proposer, counterparty, summary of each side’s items, source, status, and creation time. It is the right page to review a completed or pending trade. Trade items shows the individual line items: side, type, reference, and quantity. Do not edit a historical trade to force a transfer; use the bot’s intended corrective procedure instead.

Packs lists the player-facing pack definition: name, emoji, price, Purchasable, Openable, and Enabled. The dedicated dashboard Packs page is easier for setting scope, exclusions, special chances, and previewing weighted results. The admin form is useful for structured reward slots: each slot can be currency, a specific collectible, or a random collectible from an edition, with quantity, chance, special, and tradeable state. Select local content through autocomplete. Pack inventory lists each player-owned pack and whether it was opened.

Boosters lists the type, multiplier, price, purchase state, usable state, and enabled state. Booster inventory shows a player’s owned booster, whether it is active, uses remaining, and expiry. Orders lists player marketplace requests with item, remaining quantity, price each, special, and active state.

Auctions shows host, status, current bid, current bidder, end time, and claimed state. Auction items connects an auction to player-owned collectible copies. Auction bids shows the bidder, amount, and time. Search auctions by player Discord ID and items/bids by their related auction ID when investigating a report.

Broadcast messages and Broadcast receipts belong to the broadcast feature. The first stores a message and expiry; the second records which player received it. They appear only when that feature is enabled.

Import jobs records created migration and import jobs. Filter by source type and status, search by instance slug or creator, and use the normal dashboard Data page to create jobs and view their live logs. An import job is an audit record; do not edit it to make a failed import look successful.

Global administrators can also see the full Spawn System data: Spawn config, Spawn rules, Spawn event logs, Spawn channel bindings, Guild registrations, Special spawn events, and their linked collectible/server rows. These pages reveal the low-level state behind the Spawn dashboard. Use the Spawn dashboard for ordinary configuration; use these lists when diagnosing a known system-level issue.

Deployment operations, container allocations, runtime state, and tenant resources are operations pages for global administrators. They show what deployment action ran, the runtime/container references, and tenant resource state. They are diagnostic data, not a manual container-control interface. Start, stop, restart, update, and provision bots from Dashboard.

Accounts, instances, and billing — global administrators only

Section titled “Accounts, instances, and billing — global administrators only”

Users is the platform account list. Global staff can search by username or email, see subscription details, and use account actions such as provisioning or deploying an instance. These actions have effects outside one bot and must never be used from an owner-support task without explicit operational reason.

An instance owner can use the limited Users page to edit existing dashboard helpers. The form has Can see and Can change checkboxes for each allowed Admin panel model. Give the helper only the categories required for their job. Visibility does not grant editing; a model must be selected in both lists to be editable. These permissions apply to this instance only.

Instances shows the platform’s bot instances, their owner, setup status, tier, server limit, runtime mode, and runtime phase. Subscription tiers, Patreon memberships, and Billing audit logs are platform billing records. They include credential and raw-payload areas that are read-only or collapsed for safety. Only global billing staff should change membership status or run billing actions.
