Instance dashboard
An instance is an isolated Kompendium bot: its Discord credentials, database, media, modules, commands, response templates, spawn rules, and billing state are independent from every other instance.
Lifecycle
Section titled “Lifecycle”Use the dashboard to start, stop, restart, and inspect logs. A running instance has a dedicated runtime container. Configuration changes are pulled by the runtime and hot-reloaded; restart when a Discord token or process-level setting changes.
Configuration areas
Section titled “Configuration areas”- Modules: enable or disable features for this instance.
- Commands and responses: choose visibility and edit text, embeds, buttons, and variables.
- Spawn system: channels, cooldowns, rates, rules, and drop behavior.
- Collectibles: sets, stats, specials, artwork, and render templates.
- Access: owner IDs, admin guilds, roles, blacklists, and privileged intents.
All gameplay records are tenant-scoped. A player, collectible, trade, or currency balance from one instance cannot leak into another.
